Check your email for your license key. If you haven't seen it in your inbox or spam after 5 minutes, contact us below.
Install and activate

Install
Run the installer for your platform. It installs the supported PhaseLock plugin formats.

Open the plugin
Load PhaseLock on a track in your DAW. The activation panel appears over the plugin interface.

Paste your key and click Activate
PhaseLock stores the activation on your computer.
Activate in the plugin
Load PhaseLock on a track in your DAW. Before activation, a panel covers the plugin interface with a key field and an ACTIVATE button. Paste the key and click ACTIVATE.
If activation fails
Copy the key straight out of the email we sent when you bought PhaseLock, so no typos or extra spaces come with it. If PhaseLock still rejects it, email us the key and we'll check it.
A purchased license covers 2 machines. Sign in to your account and reset activations, then activate the machines you use now. Trials have a 1 machine limit.
PhaseLock needs an internet connection to activate. Check your internet connection or firewall settings and try again. If the issue persists, wait a few minutes and try again or email us for help.

Where can I find my purchased license key?
We email your key as soon as your payment goes through. Search your inbox for PhaseLock, or use the license portal to recover it.
How many machines can I activate?
A purchased license covers 2 machines. A trial covers 1 machine and stays on the machine where you start it.
How do I move a purchased license?
Sign in to your account and reset activations, then activate the machines you use now.
